Opposition New Serbia (NS) leader Velimir Ilic has been questioned by police in Belgrade on Thursday in connection to the Branko Jocic case. B92 has learned that Ilic was questioned on the order issued by the special organized crime prosecutor. Party leader questioned in corruption case Jocic is a member of Ilic's party and former director of Serbia's road management public company Putevi Srbije. He was arrested this week after he was charged with giving and receiving bribes, abuse of official position and money laundering. Party leader questioned in corruption case

Jocić is a member of Ilić's party and former director of Serbia's road management public company Putevi Srbije.

He was arrested this week after he was charged with giving and receiving bribes, abuse of official position and money laundering.

Jocić was brought in by police on Wednesday along with three other suspects.
