The revision of 2010 financial reports and business procedures carried out in the Serbian national air carrier Jat Airways will start on Tuesday. This was announced by Auditor General of the State Audit Institution (DRI) Radoslav Sretenovic. Air carrier to come under auditors' scrutiny Jat Airways Acting Director General Vladimir Ognjenovic told Tanjug earlier that the monitoring and reviewing of the company's business transactions, as well as discovering of possible irregularities, will improve its effectiveness. Ognjenovic underlined that a comprehensive DRI audit is in the interest of state as its owner, as well as Jat Airways itself. Sretenovic announced that in 2011 the DRI will commence an audit of another major state-owned company, Serbian Railways. (FoNet, file)
