The Serbian government today officially appointed Borko Stefanovic to head Belgrade's team in the Kosovo talks. Stefanovic is currently political director at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Government appoints head of negotiating team The Belgrade-Pristina talks were announced last year, but no date for the beginning of the dialogue has been set.
