The Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) Holly Assembly of Bishops has stated that conditions for the Serbs to participate in the Kosovo elections have not been met. “It is obvious that there are no normal conditions for participation in the mentioned elections,” reads the SPC announcement, ahead of the voting in the province, organized by the Kosovo Albanan authorities.
