KFOR Commander Erhart Buehler stated on Thursday that KFOR, EULEX and KPS are taking joint measures to ensure peace and security. People should not be afraid of the way in which this operation is being carried out, the release reads and points out it should be clear that security forces are fighting crime, offenders and illegal possession of weapons. There are no hidden agendas, Buehler said and added that KFOR will continue to pursue its tasks in keeping with UN Security Council Resolution 1244.
