The Serb Radical Party (SRS) has filed criminal charges against Serb Progressive Party (SNS) leader Tomislav Nikolic accusing him of spreading false claims. The case concerns last week's media report that said SRS leader Vojislav Seselj had ordered the assassination of Nikolic from his Hague Tribunal cell. Radicals file charges against SNS leader SNS is an offshoot of SRS, and both parties are in opposition in the current parliament. SRS official Nemanja Sarovic said on Tuesday in Belgrade that criminal charges were filed with the State Public Prosecution. SRS also sued SNS Deputy President Aleksandar Vucic and Zemun Clan gangster Milos Simovic's defense counsels Zelimir Cabrilo and Miodrag Rasic for making false claims that Seselj ordered another criminal, Luka Bojovi, to murder Nikolic.
