Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci said that he expects the ICJ decision on the legality of Kosovo’s independence to be in Pristina’s favor. “I expect that the opinion of the ICJ will begin a new epoch, a new era for Kosovo,” Thaci told Reuters during a visit to Istanbul.
