Rather, it defines strengthening of relations with member states of the Partnership for Peace (PfP) program, he told reporters in Belgrade on Monday. Sutanovac: Strengthening of PfP The defense doctrine is ready and will be signed on Monday and then filed to Serbian President Boris Tadic, he said. The document does not define NATO accession but the factual aspect – strengthening of relations with all partners within PfP, Sutanovac said. He said that “practically all countries in the north hemisphere are PfP members”, adding that “we will continue to work on interoperability with those countries and armies”.
