Hague Chief Prosecutor Serge Brammertz will attend a roundtable discussion on the work of the Tribunal organized by the Association of Serbian prosecutors. “That visit will be a friendly one and in a way, historical, because it will be the first time there will be no discussion of Serbia’s obligations to the Hague Tribunal,” Association Board of Directors President Goran Ilic said. There will also be discussion of relations between the international and national legislature, mostly in the sphere of criminal law, procedures and rules for presenting evidence. The roundtable discussion will be attended by members of the Prosecutors’ Association, including War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukcevic, Vice-President of the Association of Serbian Judges Omer Hadziomerovic, and officials of other independent organizations.
