Serbian, Chinese police to cooperate

Serbian Deputy PM and Interior Minister Ivica Dacic and Chinese Minister of Public Security Meng Jianzhu signed a cooperation agreement. The agreement was signed on Tuesday in Beijin, and concerns the interior ministries of the two countries, MUP said in a statement. "As we know, China argued to Serbia's benefit, to the benefit of our position, and we, for our part, stressed our principled support for China's territorial integrity and unity," the Serbian minister was quoted as saying. Dacic, who is on a several-day long visit to China, added that Meng "openly said that China considers Serbia its key and most reliable political partner in southeastern Europe".
