President Boris Tadic is in Prague today where he will take part in a congress of the Party of European Socialists (PES). The PES congress will focus on new trends in modern society, while Serbia's ruling Democratic Party, (DS), headed by Tadic, will become the organization's associate member, it was announced in Belgrade.
