President Boris Tadic said that Serbia has two central goals currently—preserving its territorial integrity and sovereignty and joining the European Union. “We are entering Europe with our identity and we will not back away from that,” Tadic said. President: Serbia has two main goals He said that Serbia needs unity more than ever, as well as teams of people with good intentions for Serbia becoming a modern country which takes care of all of its citizens. “An isolated Serbia cannot work to the advantage of the people,” Tadic said, adding that Serbia will await the New Year having achieved concrete results such as the abolishment of visas needed for Serbian citizens to travel in countries of the European Union.
