Several political parties and associations of Kosovo Serbs who took part in the Nov. 15 local elections have announced that they would stage protests. They described the results in the Serb enclave of Gracanica as “election theft”. K. According to the election commission, Hashim Thaci’s Democratic Party won in five municipalities, the Democratic League of Kosovo in two, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo in four, the Serb Independent Liberal Party in two, and a Serb citizen’s list in one. The second round of voting will be organized in 22 municipalities.
