Chief of the Serbian Hague cooperation team Rasim Ljajic said that Serbia has no objections to Serge Brammertz’s latest report. The version of the report that the Hague Chief Prosecutor will be submitting to the UN Security Council in December, which Serbian government officials have seen, is the first to which Ljajic has “no complaints”. Ljajic has "no complaints" on report “It is too early to give a final evaluation of Brammertz’s report, because what we saw was a draft that is circulating through New York among Security Council member-states,” Ljajic said. He said that what was seen was “an absolutely realistic and objective and highlights the factual situation regarding the operative search and other forms of cooperation with the Hague Tribunal.” “This is the first report that Serbia has no objections to, and the first report which stresses that the prosecution of the Hague Tribunal is satisfied with the efforts being made in locating the two remaining Hague fugitives,” Ljajic said. He said that there is room for Brammertz’s report to change a little before December 3, which is when he will present it to the UN Security Council. Ljajic said that he expects that the other factors in the international community “will value the content and essence of Brammertz’s report in the adequate manner.”
