Belgrade daily Blic reporter Nedeljko Zeljak says he was attacked on Sunday in Kosovo. Electoral board members of the Socialist Party of Serbia-Party of United Pensioners of Serbia-United Serbia (SPS-JS-PUPS) coalition and Vidovdan group of citizens attacked Zeljak at one of the polling stations in the village of Laplje Selo in central Kosovo. Reporter assaulted at polling station The incident happened during the voting for the Pristina municipal assembly. The attack was condemned by the Association of Journalist of Serbia (UNS) and the Kosovo and Metohija association of journalists. Zeljak said that the men who assaulted him threatened he would be "liquidated". The reporter stated that he was attacked because of his article dubbed, "SPS candidates want sit on two chairs", concerning a list of team members appointed by the Kosovo Albanian government, in charge of forming "the Gracanica multiethnic municipality".

The incident happened during the voting for the Priština municipal assembly.

The attack was condemned by the Association of Journalist of Serbia (UNS) and the Kosovo and Metohija association of journalists.
