Serb Progressive Party leader Tomislav Nikolic denies speculation that the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) is offering minority support in Zemun and Vozdovac. Talks between the SNS and the leaders of the SPS-United Serbia-Pensioners' Party coalition on forming a ruling majority in the two Belgrade municipalities are due to open on Wednesday. "Anyone who thinks they can help citizens by valuing results, elections, they can work with us. We’re offering that completely openly and clearly, but we don’t need minority support, nor will we place the fate of the majority that’s been formed into the hands of those who vote one way one day, and another the next," he added.
