Brussels to debate agreement with Serbia

A two-day meeting of EU leaders begins today in Brussels, where the unfreezing of the Interim Trade Agreement with Serbia is due to be discussed. Several EU foreign ministers announced on Monday that the EU heads of state and government could also open talks on Holland’s stance that, without the extradition of war crimes fugitive Ratko Mladic, the Interim Trade Agreement and Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) should not be unfrozen.
