The protesters carried banners saying, "The Killer Returns to the Crime Scene", "We Are Not Finished", and "Tadic, Do Not Humiliate Serbia", Tanjug reports. The citizens lit candles at a memorial for the victims of the NATO attacks ten years ago, while flowers were laid by the chairman of the state parliament's Kosovo and Metohija Committee, Ljubomir Kragovic, and the President and Vice President of the Assembly of Kosovo and Metohija Municipalitie Radovan Nicic and Marko Jaksic, respectively. The Kosovo police, KPS, stepped up their presence during the Serb protests close to the main bridge that separates the northern from the southern part of the ethnically divided town of Kosovska Mitrovica. Jaksic demanded from the government and President Boris Tadic to urge the Serbs taking part in Kosovo institutions to leave them. They also demanded that the implementation of the six-point plan, agreed on by the UN and Belgrade, which last fall enabled for the EU mission in the province, EULEX, to be deployed.
