Social Democratic Union (SDU) President Zarko Korac said that he received a death threat related to political stances he has stated publicly. Korac told journalistsin Belgrade on Tuesday that the letter arrived to the Serbian parliament and that it had a U.S. stamp on it. Korac, who is a member of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) MP group, said that he is surprised that letters of such content could arrive to parliament. This politician also said that the letter does not mentions the statements he made that provoked the threats, and he believes that theywere made by the same group that threatened President Boris Tadic and Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic. Korac added that he supposes the incident is related to statements he made regarding Srebrenica on a recent guest appearance on Most Radio.
