A Novi Pazar court has today ordered the Bosniak List coalition to evacuate the premises they have been using in that town. The measure is said to be temporary, and relates to the rooms at the local culture center, which were the subject of clashes earlier this month that injured four people, one of whom suffered gunshot wounds. However, she added that an explanation of the court's decision, expected at a later date, will clarify this. The incident on Jan. 17 took place when the coalition members and activists clashed with the security sent by the city administration, refusing to leave the party premises. The city asked the Bosniak List to leave, stating that the lease contract they had was not valid.
