Parliament has approved the State Auditing Institution's Code of Procedure and the documents of the trustee for information of public interest.

Parliament has approved the State Auditing Institution's Code of Procedure and the documents of the trustee for information of public interest. The Code of Procedure was the last of the conditions needed for the institution responsible for controlling expenditure of all public funds to start its work. MPs adopt auditing, trustee documents The Code closely regulates pre-auditing procedure, auditing procedure, starting from proposal development, through to the proposal themselves, and to a final auditing report on the most important legal acts in procedure. Parliament's approval for the document of the trustee for information of public interest will enable expansion of the activities of the commissioner's services to activities envisioned by the data protection law.
