Obradović: No DS-G17 dispute

Education Minister Zarko Obradovic has scotched talk of a silent war between the Democratic Party and G17 Plus under the guise of the Belgrade Airport scandal. Speaking to Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti published on Thursday, the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) vice-president said that the government was stable and that it could not be shaken by the scandal involving Belgrade Airport CEO and G17 Plus member Bojan Kristo, or the ongoing dispute among the ministers regarding the distribution of the budget. There is no silent war against anyone, including (G17 Plus leader Mladjan) Dinkic. No-one is allowed to use the monopolistic position of a company in which he is a director to pay himself a huge salary. This whole topic can be interpreted as having the elements of a personal and a party dispute, but I do not believe it will have any impact on the stability of the government," Obradovic underlined.
