Parliament has resumed its debate on amendments to the draft law on the Anti-Corruption Agency. It has been proposed that the Agency’s most important powers should be resolving conflicts of interest, keeping a register of officials and their assets, control of political parties’ funding, and international cooperation in tackling corruption. Today’s agenda also includes a debate on amendments to the draft law on funding political parties, and on the draft laws on state borders.
