Gen. Chen Bingde, commander of the General Staff of the Chinese Army, will arrive on a four-day visit here tomorrow. Gen. Chen will be in Serbia September 11-14, the Serbian Defense Ministry announced in a statement on Thursday. Top Chinese general to visit Serbia The Chinese general will meet with VS Chief of the General Staff Lt. Gen. Zdravko Ponos, to discuss bilateral military cooperation between the two countries. The meeting is expected to end with the signing of a cooperation protocol. The ceremony to welcome Gen. Chen will be held at the Guard's Hall in Topcider, Belgrade, on Friday.
