Tadić rules out meeting with Sejdiu

President Boris Tadic has ruled out the possibility of meeting with Kosovo counterpart Fatmir Sejdiu. He stated that the only conditions under which such a meeting could take place was in the case of negotiations, under UN supervision, and to discuss the future status of Kosovo. Belul Beqaj, a political analyst in Pristina, said that a meeting between the Kosovo and Serbian presidents would in essence signify the direct recognition of Kosovo as an independent country.
