Kosovo Minister Goran Bogdanovic is conferring in Gracanica with Serb Kosovo Police Service (KPS) officers. The Serbs have been boycotting the command chain of the KPS headquarters in Pristina since February, demanding to be placed under the command of UNMIK police.
