President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Louis Maria de Puig says there have been no motions calling for Kosovo to join the CoE. He said that the organization is divided on the question of Kosovo's possible admission. The report on ethnic minorities in Vojvodina and southern Serbia, taken off the agenda of the spring meeting, will not be discussed this time around either. Puig said that the issue was not removed for political reasons but because of the amount of topics already on the meeting’s agenda. Permanent members of the Serbian delegation have arrived in Strasbourg, which is made up of a majority of Serb Radical Party (SRS) officials, among which is party deputy leader Tomislav Nikolic.
