Dačić "eager" for talks with SRS, DSS to resume

Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) leader Ivica Dacic says that his party is keen on further talks with the DSS and the SRS. Dacic told Tanjug that there could be no parliamentary majority without the agreement and unity of all parties grouped around the SPS, but that this required time and patience. Dacic "eager" for talks with SRS, DSS to resume "It is easy to say that the matter has been resolved, it is much harder to make an effort to reach a positive solution," the SPS leader explained, adding that this was why a final decision on a parliamentary majority would be known "in the coming days and weeks." "The SPS is eager to continue talks with the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) and Serb Radical Party (SRS) and we will try, within our coalition with the Associated Pensioners’ Party (PUPS) and United Serbia (JS) to reach a joint position on overcoming the divisive issues that are of such great importance to these two parties," Dacic pointed out.
