The DSS-NS coalition has submitted its list of candidates for the Belgrade local elections. Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) Vice President Aleksandar Popovic heads the list, followed by Milos Aligrudic, DSS local leader Nenad Komatina, and New Serbia (NS) local leader Bata Borovic. DSS-NS submit Belgrade list The two parties’ officials stated that they would continue to successfully lead policies in the city, but did not want to talk about any possible post-election coalitions. “It appears to me that we have proven ourselves and that the voters in Belgrade have good reason to vote for us. The directors of our public companies and administrative bodies have performed well in the last three and a half years, and that is a good enough reason for voters to choose us,” said Komatina. The local elections will be held on the same day as the provincial and parliamentary elections on May 11.
