Bulgaria's PM says the EU and Serbia should sign the Stabilization and Association Agreement “as soon as possible.” “We are worried that Serbia is slipping away ,” said Sergey Stanishev on the eve of the EU summit in Brussels, where the EULEX mission is also expected to be under discussion. Bulgaria concerned Serbia "is slipping away" Stanishev said that “the political situation in Serbia is creating an atmosphere of nationalist rhetoric which could lead to the country voluntarily isolating itself from the European Union in the end.”
