Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica's cabinet met today in Belgrade in a regular session. The government adopted the decision to form Serbia’s legal team before international courts regarding the illegal and unilateral declaration of independence by the province of Kosovo. Although Economy Minister Mladjan Dinkic announced earlier he had support for his move to stop payment of the Kosovo part of Serbia's foreign debt, the proposal was raised at the session, but dismissed as contrary to the state policy on Kosovo, adopted by the cabinet and approved in parliament.
