DSS: Serbia will sue United States Late last night, Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica's adviser Branislav Ristivojevic said that Belgrade, which has so far been recalling ambassadors, will reach for the lawsuits as well. "Since this, outgoing U.S. administration has recognized the false state of Kosovo, Serbia will soon file a lawsuit against it. The best way forward would be for this outgoing administration to annul this decision, or for the new one to immediately do so," Ristivojevic told Beta news agency. "If the U.S. does not annul this illegal decision, then we will take it to every international court," he explained. The party's coalition partners, the DS and G17 Plus, have not yet reacted to these announcements.
