Queen Elizabeth II New Year's Honors list includes the OSCE coordinator for the south of Serbia. The organization's Bujanovac office said its head, British diplomat Martin Brooks, was made Officer of the Order of the British Empire, or OBE. The British queen will present Brooks with the honor at a ceremony to be held in London at the start of 2008, a statement said.
