Mladenovic has condemned B92’s actions for broadcasting “primitive and offensive” comments about Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica from a member of the Bosnia-Hercegovina presidency, while at the same time “omitting the government’s response.” B92 claims that the offensive part of Komsic’s statement was omitted, while the government’s reaction was broadcast three times during the day. The DSS spokesman stressed that “B92 has a legal obligation, given the fact it has received a national frequency, to report objectively on all events and, at the very least, to not conceal one side’s opinion when it comes to disputes.” “It’s scandalous that B92 is broadcasting Komsic’s primitive, cheeky, and offensive remarks about the prime minister, and to not then show the government’s response is primitivism,” Mladenovic told Tanjug. He announced that “the DSS, if it does not receive a satisfactory explanation from Veran Matic and B92, will cut off all contact with the channel, and will consider what further steps to take.” “Maybe Komsic and other countries are dearer to Matic and B92 than the prime minister, but that’s their affair,” concluded Mladenovic.
