“U.S. to step up Kosovo talks”

“The U.S. appreciates efforts of all Contact Group member states, including Russia,” she added, all the while voicing the U.S. plan to “intensify the dialogue with the Contact Group in the UN Security Council.”

“After we’ve met with the Contact Group, we plan to hold talks with political leaders in Belgrade and Priština so as to finally come to a conclusion on the Kosovo issue,” DiCarlo said, adding that the U.S. believed it was important to close the subject as early as this spring if possible.”
