G17 plus rejected SPO coalition offer

“If we come under attack from one of the democratic bloc parties in the future, we will not react. Those parties are not our enemies. The only political opponent we have is the Serb Radical Party, its chauvinism and populism”, Dinkić said.

According to Dinkić, the parliamentary elections must be held in December, with G17 Plus prepared to pariticipate individually.

“I have thanked Mr. Vuk Drašković for his offer to form a pre-election coalition with his party. Our constituencies are different. I have declined this offer after consulting with senior party officials. Of course, I have considered the possibility of strengthening our ranks with influential individuals”, Dinkić revealed.

Dinkić also said that G17 Plus will “not represent an obstacle” for determining the presidential and parliamentary elections date, but that his party will insist on a single democratic bloc presidential candidate.
