BELGRADE Head of the EU Delegation in Serbia Vincent Degert has said that Serbia deserves to get a date for the beginning of the EU accession negotiations. “A lot of effort has been made in reforms but also to reach an agreement with Pristina,” he told Radio Television of Serbia (RTS) on Thursday morning.
