"He (Miskovic) has been invited as a citizen to an informative conversation. There is no custody here and he is likely to be invited for a second hearing, if needed," said the minister. The one held today "will certainly concern Delreal", he noted, and added that there were also other topics, while it would be "interesting to investigate Nibens Group". When asked if investigators would quiz Miskovice about the privatization of C Market, Selakovic said this was "possible". Delta Holding a few days ago announced that Miskovic was summoned and would comply, but did not say what his statement to the police would concern. Teams set up by the Serbian police (MUP) and the Prosecutor's Office have been reviewing several controversial privatizations, including those in which companies owned by Miskovic took part. The list contains Port of Belgrade, C Market, road construction firms sold to Nibens Group, and the conversion of land in New Belgrade where Miskovic's company Delreal is set to start construction works. Delta Holding on Monday announced that it "never dealt in excise goods, engaged in business related to the country's natural and other resources, or worked with public companies".
