NIS Serbian Army (VS) Chief of General Staff, Lt. Gen. Ljubisa Dikovic on Friday met with the commander of the NATO troops in Kosovo, KFOR, Volker Halbauer. The meeting between the Serbian Army chief and the German general took place in the town of Nis, southern Serbia, and focused on the current security situation in the province and along the administrative line. Army chief meets with KFOR commander This was the first official meeting Dikic had with the newly-appointment KFOR sommander. It was the high level meeting of Military Technical Agreement Joint Implementation Commission, which is composed of KFOR Commission and Commission of the representatives of Serbia's security forces.
