Defense minister starts three-day visit to Canada

BELGRADE -- Serbian Defense Minister Aleksandar Vučić started his three-day visit to Canada on Friday, where he will attend the Fourth Halifax International Security Forum.

He will meet with Canadian Defense Minister Peter MacKay, German Parliamentary State Secretary of Defense Christian Schmidt, British Defense Minister Philip Hammond and other representatives of the international security sector on the sidelines of the forum.
Halifax International Security Forum is the most important security conference in the world, along with the Munich Security Conference and Brussels Forum.
Vučić, who is also a deputy prime minister, will sign an agreement on strategic economic cooperation with Canada during his visit.
