Govt. to adopt 2013 budget bill by October 25

BELGRADE -- The Serbian government will adopt a budget bill for 2013 by October 25 at the latest, Tanjug has learnt.
The bill should then be tabled for parliamentary debate and approval by mid-November, the Finance and Economy Ministry told the news agency.
Before that, the government's committee on finance and economy will voice opinion about the budget bill on Tuesday, October 16, the ministry said.
The Serbian parliament should pass the state budget bill for the next year before the end of the next month. The deadline for its passage is November 30.
Finance and Economy Minister Mlađan Dinkić has stated that this year, after a long period, the budget bill would be presented to MPs on time, and within the timeframe stipulated by the law.
