“The dialogue was to be continued in mid-June, but Robert Cooper decided it should be organized at the end of the month,” EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton's Spokeswoman Maja Kocijančić told Tanjug.
She specified that Cooper made this decision so that all sides could finish their internal preparations and the work on the technical level, so that first concrete agreements could be made during the next round of talks.
Head of the Belgrade team in the dialogue with Priština Borislav Stefanović earlier Friday dismissed the claims of head of the Priština team Edita Tahiri that the fifth round of talks, planned for June 14-15, was postponed at Belgrade's request, adding that it was a mutual agreement.
