The Assembly of the Kosovo and Metohija Municipalities announced that they would declare Russian PM Vladimir Putin a honorary citizen. The meeting of the assembly, which gathers Serb municipalities rejecting the authority of the Kosovo Albanian government in Pristina, is set to take place in the northern town of Zubin Potok. Putin, and Russia, are making sure that Kosovo remains part of Serbia's territory, he said. Putin is due in Belgrade for a working visit later this month.
