Serbia to reopen embassy in Congo

Congo's FM Alexis Thambwe Mwamba said in Belgrade on Sunday said he was happy that Serbia would be reopening its embassy in Kinshasa. After meeting with his Serbian counterpart Vuk Jeremic, Mwamba said that despite a decision to cut its diplomatic missions around the world, Congo would keep its Belgrade embassy, which he said would represent the interests of both Congo and neighboring African states.
