Serbian Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic's visit to Bulgaria, planned for today, has been canceled due to technical problems with the aircraft. Reports said that the pilot of the government Learjet decided to return to Belgrade 15 minutes after his instrument panel signalized unspecified technical failure.
