Telekom restores service in central Kosovo Service is available in Laplje Selo, Preoce, Caglavica, Badovac and Lipljan. Landline telephony has also been restored to the emergency medical service in Laplje Selo. It remains unclear how Telekom activated its signal in central Kosovo. Almost 20 days ago, tens of thousands of Serbs in this area had their phones cut off when Kosovo Albanian authorities dismantled or destroyed Telekom and Telenor transmitters. Previously, Telekom managed to restore service in much of the Kosovsko Pomoravlje region, and in parts of Strpce, Gorazdevac, and Pec. In the Serb-dominated north of the province, no transmitters were disabled.
