Serbs from the Kosovsko Pomoravlje district in the province have decided not to sign contracts regulating payment of electricity. The contracts were suggested by the Kosovo power company, KEK, which has so far disconnected electricity for 13 villages in this district, and announced that all Serb villages will face blackouts starting May 4, unless they sign.
