Infrastructure Minister Velimir Ilic feels it is "logical" to postpone elections until the spring because of Kosovo. On Tuesday evening in Cacak, Ilic told a local TV channel that presidential and local elections were "not necessary now," because "the battle for Kosovo is under way...
