Criminal complaint against Serbian Army chief
Families of victims of a massacre in the village of Rezale have filed a criminal complaint to the Special Prosecution of Kosovo against the Serbian Army chief.

Another complaint was filed against Dejan Randjelovic, who was the commander of the brigade's 2nd Battalion.Beta agency is quoting Pristina-based KTV broadcaster as saying that the two high-ranking officers of the former VJ "are considered responsible for the murder and massacre of 41 (ethnic) Albanian civilians on April 2, 1999."
According to Pristina-based lawyer Arijanit Koci, "the time has come to go from words to deeds," calling on the prosecution to issue an indictment.
Koci also said he had "evidence and witnesses who can confirm that a serious war crime had been committed."
