BELGRADE The Special Court has rejected Delta Holding owner Miroslav Miskovic’s appeal against a decision to extend his custody. The court also rejected appeals filed by Miskovic son Marko and Nibens Group owner Milo Djuraskovic. Court rejects Delta Holding owner’s appeal The court should now consider defense attorneys’ proposal to release the Miskovic’s on bail pending trial. If a judge approves the request, the suspects will be placed under house arrest, they will have to wear electronic bracelets and their passports will be seized. There is no legal deadline for the court to decide on the proposal but it is expected that the decision will be made in the next several days. Miskovic’s lawyers have not set the amount, leaving it up to the court to decide on the amount of money that would be paid for their release pending trial.
